Job Overview:
The position of Coordinateur Fonctionnel Polaris et Odoo is integral to a team of six, working closely with project teams, field finance trainers, and the IT department to ensure effective adoption and evolution of financial and contract management applications. The primary role involves overseeing functional administration, user support, and data quality of the organization's financial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support to users of the defined applications, maintaining and optimizing these applications, and contributing to project execution in support of project managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the tools used are effectively integrated into the organization's operations, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness in managing financial resources and partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Coordinateur Fonctionnel include:
  • Providing functional support to users of the financial and contract management applications, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the tools effectively.
  • Maintaining, evolving, and optimizing the applications within the defined scope, ensuring they meet the organization's needs.
  • Collaborating with project managers to support the realization of projects, providing insights and assistance as needed.
  • Analyzing and managing incidents and changes related to the applications, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
  • Understanding and managing data reference frameworks, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Utilizing reporting and business intelligence tools to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Conducting process analysis, diagnosing anomalies, and resolving complex problems that may arise within the applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with institutional funding management and understanding the lifecycle of funding contracts and partnerships.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Finance, Management, Political Science, or a related field, with a strong inclination towards digital topics. A background in NGOs is essential, with a solid understanding of NGO funding, accounting, and budget management. Candidates should have a good grasp of general and analytical accounting principles, budget management concepts, and the management of institutional funding. Familiarity with data management frameworks and the ability to analyze processes and resolve complex issues are crucial. Proficiency in reporting tools and business intelligence is also required, along with the ability to analyze processes and diagnose anomalies effectively.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Finance, Management, Political Science, or an equivalent field. This educational background should be complemented by a strong interest in digital tools and applications, particularly in the context of financial management and NGO operations.

Experience:
Candidates should have significant experience working within NGOs, with a strong emphasis on financial management and understanding of funding mechanisms. Experience in managing financial applications and providing user support is highly desirable, as is familiarity with project management in a humanitarian context.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, given the operational context of the organization. Proficiency in English is also beneficial, as it may be required for communication with international partners and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a full-time, permanent role (CDI) based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €41,000 to €53,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a seniority bonus after three years of service, 25 days of paid leave, health coverage at 80% by ACF, transport allowances, meal vouchers, and access to social benefits. The role allows for remote work, with a requirement for in-office presence four days a month, along with mandatory attendance for collective meetings and integration days.
