Job Overview:
The ICT Officer – Solutions Architect and Developer plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining existing IT products while also contributing to the development and deployment of new tools as required by clients. This position involves a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, as the officer will be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation and ensuring the overall security of applications. The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet organizational standards and client expectations. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the ICT Officer include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting and maintaining existing IT products, ensuring they function optimally and meet user requirements.
  • Developing and deploying new IT tools and solutions as per client specifications.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all IT products and solutions developed.
  • Ensuring the security of applications by implementing best practices and security protocols.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
  • Conducting regular assessments of IT products to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
  • Providing training and support to users on new tools and applications.
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and trends in the ICT field to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications:
