Job Overview: The position of Stagiaire en Qualité involves supporting the deployment of the quality management system within the organization. The intern will contribute to quality assurance at the headquarters level, which includes monitoring the pharmaceutical license file and participating in quality reviews. Additionally, the intern will be involved in improving processes on the ground, particularly by optimizing local purchases. The role also includes participating in the deployment and monitoring of performance indicators, which are crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's operations.
Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for assisting in the deployment of the quality management system, which includes various tasks such as:
Supporting the quality assurance processes at the headquarters, including the oversight of the pharmaceutical license documentation.
Participating in quality reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.
Engaging in the improvement of operational processes, particularly focusing on local procurement strategies.
Assisting in the deployment of performance indicators and monitoring their effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.
Collaborating with team members to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the organization’s activities.
Contributing to the analysis and interpretation of data related to quality management and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Enrollment in a pharmacy program or a degree in pharmacy.
Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Competence in writing and synthesizing information clearly.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks.
Good interpersonal skills and a keen interest in quality and health issues.
Educational Background: The ideal candidate should be a student currently enrolled in a pharmacy program or a graduate pharmacist. This educational background is crucial as it provides the necessary knowledge and skills relevant to the quality management processes within the organization.
Experience: While specific prior experience may not be required, any relevant internships or practical experiences in pharmacy or quality management would be advantageous. The organization values candidates who demonstrate a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Additionally, the organization provides meal vouchers valued at 8 euros, with 60% of the cost covered by Action contre la Faim, and reimbursement of 50% of public transportation costs.
