Job Overview:
The HR Officer position at the IMF is a critical role that involves providing technical and functional support for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically focusing on PeopleSoft and Workday applications. The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of these systems, ensuring they operate effectively and reliably. This role requires a hands-on approach, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as the HR Officer will work closely with HR functional teams, the Information Technology Department (ITD), and other stakeholders to support system operations, resolve issues, and implement enhancements. Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: providing functional and technical support to business users on PeopleSoft and Workday; analyzing and resolving production issues; supporting the implementation of configuration changes and system enhancements; coordinating data maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy; monitoring integrations between various systems; assisting with security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security administration in PeopleSoft; developing and maintaining system documentation; planning and executing testing activities; producing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting; coordinating with ITD and vendors during system releases; contributing to compliance and audit activities; identifying opportunities for process improvement; and providing technical guidance to HR Analysts and junior staff. The HR Officer will also perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a university degree supplemented by a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience at grade A08 or equivalent will also be considered. Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM, particularly Core HCM and Workforce Administration, is required, while exposure to Benefits and Absence modules is advantageous. Familiarity with Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD processes is desirable. The successful candidate should demonstrate advanced functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment in applying HR policies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes an advanced university degree in Human Resources or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with a university degree and significant relevant professional experience will also be considered. The emphasis is on acquiring knowledge and skills that are directly applicable to the HR technology landscape, particularly in relation to PeopleSoft and Workday systems.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience, or two years of experience at grade A08 or equivalent.
