A first-level university degree in security management, law enforcement, or a related social science field is required. Candidates should demonstrate documented results related to the responsibilities of the position and possess strong leadership skills. Fluency in both English and Somali, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should have good knowledge of the local area and context, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in organizational representation and liaison with government authorities.
Educational Background: The position requires a first-level university degree, ideally in security management, law enforcement, or a related social science field. This educational background is essential for understanding the complexities of security management in humanitarian contexts and for effectively engaging with government institutions and other stakeholders.
