The candidate will be expected to integrate various forms of information into cohesive documents, manage correspondence, and provide logistical support for mission teams, thereby playing a vital role in the division's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator/Senior Administrative Coordinator include, but are not limited to: participating in the drafting of documents by integrating text, tables, and charts from multiple sources; proofreading and editing documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting; providing administrative and logistical support for mission teams; organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic document repositories; tracking and extracting data from various databases; initiating standard reports for administrative decision-making; reviewing and distributing board documents; monitoring and responding to emails; prioritizing and scheduling work; providing technical support to colleagues; organizing meetings and conferences; disseminating administrative policies; and creating spreadsheets to track administrative data.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of six years of relevant experience. At least two of those years must be in a lead role. Additionally, candidates must be currently residing in the Washington DC metro area and have passed the IMF Staff Assistant online exam within the past 12 months. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Educational Background:
