Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Change Management Officer include leading the design and implementation of digital and AI upskilling programs across the Fund. This involves translating emerging technology trends, especially in AI, into practical learning pathways tailored to the specific roles and business needs of IMF staff. The officer will ensure that upskilling initiatives support the adoption of IMF-approved tools and platforms, including AI-enabled solutions. Additionally, the officer will design and deliver high-impact learning programs, which may include workshops, peer-learning initiatives, hands-on labs, and executive briefings. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, combined with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, is acceptable. Additionally, certifications in AI, instructional design, or change management (such as Prosci ADKAR) are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate experience in leading AI upskilling or large-scale digital learning programs within complex organizations, possess a strong understanding of AI concepts and their practical applications, and have the ability to translate complex technologies into accessible learning experiences.
