The selected candidate will work under the general direction of the SAC Officers and report to the Senior Administrative Coordinator/Lead. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include: A. Membership & Mailbox Support: Managing SAC membership administration, onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate membership records. Monitoring the SAC shared mailbox, responding to routine inquiries, and escalating sensitive matters as necessary. B. Scheduling, Meetings & Standard Events Logistics: Coordinating scheduling activities, managing calendars, and organizing meeting logistics for SAC events. Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, and providing logistical support for events such as Town Halls and onboarding sessions. C. Records, Filing & Document Management: Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems, supporting document archiving and retrieval, and managing routine document tasks. D. Website & Communications: Updating the SAC website with content changes, assisting in drafting communications, and ensuring adherence to brand templates. E. Office Inventory & Merchandise: Managing office inventory, coordinating supply restocking, and overseeing SAC merchandise distribution. F. Process Improvement & Digital Modernization Support: Assisting in office modernization initiatives, supporting low-code and automation solutions, and maintaining organized SharePoint and Teams workspaces. G. Data Tracking & Reporting: Supporting basic data tracking and reporting for SAC activities, updating predefined reports or dashboards under guidance, and using Microsoft Copilot and M365 tools to enhance efficiency in routine tasks.
Required Qualifications: The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
