Job Overview: The HR Information SystemsAnalyst plays a crucial role in supporting the operational aspects of HR information systems, specifically PeopleSoft and Workday. The analyst will perform manual data entry and updates for transactions not supported by automation, validating source documentation for compliance and data integrity. The role also involves preparing and maintaining documentation related to HR systems support, coordinating system access requests, and providing guidance to end users on standard HR systems tasks. The analyst will continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience by identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a combination of training and experience equivalent to the completion of secondary school education, supplemented by a minimum of four years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in management information systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Specialized skills include a working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, familiarity with Workday HCM and ServiceNow, and an understanding of core HR functional areas and operational practices. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, are essential.
