The Local Manager will also be responsible for evaluating project activities and identifying areas for improvement, thereby contributing to the overall success of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Local Manager will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including leading and supervising field teams, acting as a liaison between the project and the community, and promoting awareness of disaster preparedness. Experience in leading teams during field operations is highly desirable, as is familiarity with project management and urban governance. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines, as well as experience in inter-institutional environments.
