Job Overview: The Stakeholder Analysis Specialist will play a crucial role in the Project Preparation Grant (PPG) Team, which is being established to develop the Prodoc for the AIBDES project in Indonesia. This position involves supporting the GEF Project Design Expert (PDE) by providing relevant information on the social situation in the proposed project sites and conducting stakeholder mapping. The Specialist will also assist in preparing reports and documentation from field visits and workshops, ensuring that stakeholder engagement is effectively integrated into the project planning process. The role requires a deep understanding of the local context, stakeholder dynamics, and the ability to facilitate discussions among diverse groups, including government entities, NGOs, and local communities.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Stakeholder Analysis Specialist will be responsible for mapping and analyzing stakeholders involved in the project, which includes government agencies, NGOs, private sector representatives, Indigenous Peoples, and local communities at various levels. The Specialist will conduct assessments of the policy, legal, regulatory, and institutional landscape that defines the project context.
