Job Overview:
The Human Resources Support position is designed to provide comprehensive support to the Senior People and Culture Manager and the technical and program staff in various HR functions. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing various HR-related documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in the recruitment process. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high levels of organization and attention to detail. The role also involves preparing routine and ad hoc project reports, managing expatriate work permits, and serving as a backup for the Senior People and Culture Manager. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior People and Culture Manager and technical staff in HR functions, including recruitment arrangements and filing HR documents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive electronic and paper filing system for HR records.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data in e-Dabu and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the preparation of routine and ad hoc project reports, such as weekly updates and BPJS reports.
  • Assist with the annual performance review process and maintain records.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for expatriate work permits.
  • Track and maintain employees’ employment agreements.
  • Serve as a backup for the Senior People and Culture Manager. 1
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in psychology, law, or a related field. A certification in Human Resources (such as CHRP) is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Human Resources field, preferably with prior work experience in US Government programs or within an NGO environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Excellent communication skills, particularly in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesian, are mandatory, with good English skills being desirable. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, or a related field is required for this position. Additional certifications in Human Resources, such as CHRP, are advantageous and may enhance a candidate's qualifications.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Human Resources field. Candidates with experience in US Government programs or within an NGO environment will be preferred. The role demands a well-organized individual who is a self-starter and has a proven track record of maintaining high integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Languages:
Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesian is mandatory for this position. Good command of English is also desired, as it will facilitate communication within the organization and with international stakeholders.
