- Support the prospect research on donors to evaluate grants opportunities
- Communication and training about funding opportunities to the Head of Departments (HoD), FCs and Program Managers (PM) Coordinate and follow up the organization of overall donors activities and elaboration of donors documents (proposal, contracts' management and reports)
- Coordinate concept note/proposal writing, involving the Programme and Support teams
- Sharing retro-planning for proposal development, and close follow-up with teams Ensure appropriate and quality internal and external reporting
- Consolidate, hands-on reviewing and finalize donors' reports (verifying the overall coherence with proposal and previous reports)
- Preparing the final package for donors' reports before submission (at mission or HQ level) *Grants management from donors include OFDA, GAC, EUTF, SDC, GIZ and WFP
- You hold a Master degree in International Development, social sciences or related field in alignment with the relief and development sectors;
- You have experience on Project Cycle Management and a minimum of 2 years of program coordination experience in the INGO/Humanitarian field;
- You are familiar with OFDA, EUROPEAID, ECHO, UN, AFD, OCHA and others donors regulations and on line platform;
- You have extensive experience in program development and reporting, documentation in relation to INGO/Humanitarian and Development sector (WASH, FSL, Nutrition, Mental Health Care Practices, etc)
- A previous experience in emergency response and conflict/IDP, Refugees, Returnees settin and in the Middle East is desired Required skills :
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, tasks efficiently;
- Proven success in designing, implementing and operating MEAL frameworks and experience in capacity building.
- Flexible and team-oriented able to handle intense work pressure, tight deadlines and ad hoc demands.
- Recognized for your excellent diplomacy, organizational, communication and analytical skills, you have also developed good team management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory
- Monthly gross salary from 2450 to 2800 EUR upon experience
- Per diem and living allowance: 259 $ + 328 $ net, field paid.
- * 300EUR of monthly gross salary as country allowance.
- * 16% of monthly gross salary as reimbursement of retirement insurance for non-French citizen.
- * Child allowance, limited to 5 children. Transportation and accommodation:
- Coverage of transportation costs to and in the mission.
- Individual room in guesthouse covered Medical coverage: 100% coverage of medical expenses + repatriation insurance. Leaves and RnR:
- 25 days of paid leaves per year.
- * 20 RnR per year.
- * 215 EUR at each RnR period (averagely every 12 weeks).
