Job Overview:
The Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead (Finance to Manage) will play a crucial role in IOM's Business Transformation process, which is driven by the Internal Governance Framework initiative. This position involves overseeing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to ensure it meets organizational performance objectives and aligns with evolving requirements. The lead will work under the supervision of the Chief of the Corporate Solutions Unit and will coordinate with Business Process Owners and other stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to managing and enhancing IOM's finance processes and procedures, ensuring continuity of operations, and addressing user needs effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outputs from contracted resources, monitoring software upgrades, and ensuring user satisfaction through effective support and resolution of issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead include acting as the focal point for the Finance to Manage (F2M) team, collaborating with the Department of Finance and Administrative Management, setting priorities for contracted resources, ensuring continuity of operations for F2M-related systems, monitoring end-user support requests, leading business relationships with stakeholders, managing the full change process lifecycle, liaising with the ICT Enterprise Architect, preparing technical documentation, managing tasks and operations activities, and providing oversight to external experts and vendors. The lead will also be responsible for promoting acceptance of changes to internal practices and ensuring smooth implementation of necessary changes.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with seven years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, a University degree in the same fields with nine years of relevant experience is acceptable. Professional certification as a qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA, CIPFA) is considered an advantage. Candidates should have extensive experience in accounting and financial management, including accounts consolidation, analysis" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">financial analysis, and ERP software/systems, particularly Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited academic institution. A University degree in the same fields is also acceptable, provided the candidate has the requisite years of experience. Professional certifications in accounting are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to the field.

Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in large-scale organizations. This includes experience with accounts consolidation, financial analysis, and the design of accounting processes and procedures. Direct experience in ERP implementation and accounting structures setup is a distinct advantage, as is practical experience with financial controls and ERP software/systems.

Languages:
Fluency in English is required for this position, both oral and written. Working knowledge of French and Spanish is considered an advantage. The proficiency in required languages will be evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
