Duties and Responsibilities:
Interns will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: assisting in data management and analysis using the Lessons Learned Portal, supporting the development of doctrine and lessons learned initiatives, and contributing to interoperability assessments within the LAND Domain. Interns will also be involved in training sessions aimed at delivering lessons learned support to LANDCOM training and doctrine development. They will interact with personnel from various divisions within NATO LANDCOM HQ and collaborate with Lessons Learned partners across the Land Domain. The role requires a proactive approach to integrating lessons across divisions and contributing to the overall mission of LANDCOM.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for the internship, candidates must be citizens of a NATO member nation and possess a certificate from their university confirming that the internship is necessary for their professional development. Applicants should have completed at least two years of university study or possess equivalent qualifications. Proficiency in English is mandatory, as all tasks and communications will be conducted in this language. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong interest in areas related to administration, editing/writing, document management, or information systems.

Educational Background:
Candidates should be current students or recent graduates, with degrees obtained within the last 18 months. The internship is structured to support students in their academic pursuits, particularly those in programs that require practical experience as part of their curriculum. Interns may be pursuing degrees in fields such as political science, international relations, security studies, law, economics, engineering, logistics, human resources, financial administration, accounting/auditing, information technology, language services, journalism, or media communications.

Experience:
