Job Overview: The Human Resources Department (HRD) of the IMF is seeking to establish a competitive ready-to-hire pipeline of qualified Human Resources Officers for upcoming opportunities within the Talent Team of the HR Operations Division. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services and ensuring operational excellence across the Fund's talent acquisition activities. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR teams and hiring departments, to manage recruitment processes effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Officer include managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for Headquarters A1–B3 vacancies, providing guidance to departmental HR teams on recruitment policies and procedures, and partnering with Client Services (HRBPs) and hiring departments throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The officer will ensure seamless delivery of recruitment operations in collaboration with HR Analysts, maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the officer will respond to inquiries from hiring managers and candidates, collaborate with Talent and Total Rewards Centers of Expertise, contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies, monitor recruitment trends, and participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience is acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of HR operations, particularly in recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies relevant to recruitment is highly desirable. Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent organizational, project management, and customer service skills are required, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Educational Background: Candidates must have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
