Job Overview: The Intern in the Staff Benefits Unit will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and management of staff entitlements and benefits processing. The intern will assist in routine administrative functions, documentation management, and coordination with the Strategy and Information Management Unit to ensure the integrity and completeness of archived records. Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: assisting in the preparation of routine data summaries and tracking sheets to support unit reporting activities; collaborating with the Strategy and Information Management Unit to support audits of archived files; reviewing archived records to ensure completeness and proper documentation; identifying missing or inconsistent files and supporting follow-up actions to address documentation gaps; collecting, compiling, and submitting monthly inputs and reports on behalf of the unit; and performing other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role is designed to provide on-the-job learning and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent). Additionally, a background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is desirable. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this internship includes either enrollment in or completion of a graduate program or the final academic year of a bachelor's degree program.
