Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to: conducting data analysis related to salary surveys and benchmarking, reviewing policies and tracking allowances, developing reporting tools, and improving processes through the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and templates.
