The internship is expected to last between 6 weeks to 11 months, depending on the specific project and the intern's availability. The intern will have the opportunity to work either on-site at the headquarters in Amman or remotely, with working hours aligned to the headquarters' schedule. Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: conducting data analysis related to salary surveys and benchmarking; reviewing policies and tracking allowances; developing reporting tools and templates; improving processes through the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs); and providing overall support to the compensation team. The intern will also be expected to contribute to the development of analytical outputs such as structured datasets, tables, and dashboards, as well as draft SOPs and templates. Additionally, the intern will engage in process optimization initiatives, including those that involve artificial intelligence tools.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be current students or recent graduates (within the last year) in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related disciplines. A strong proficiency in Excel is essential, including skills in data structuring and the use of formulas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured, analytical mindset. A genuine interest in compensation, HR analytics, and process improvement is also required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Educational Background: The position requires candidates to be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
