Job Overview: The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Data and Analytics Officer, P2, and will be responsible for leading the evolution and stability of the fundraising CRM (Salesforce). This role involves collaborating with global teams and vendors to act as a strategic bridge between business needs and technical solutions in Salesforce and related products. The Product Owner will translate fundraising needs into a clear, scalable technology roadmap, automate marketing and sales processes, and manage the full development lifecycle. This position is critical for advancing fundraising goals by maximizing operational efficiency, ensuring business continuity, upgrading security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and PCI compliance, and leading innovation in fundraising strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Act as the strategic bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs and propose technology solutions. Analyze and document business requirements, translating complex fundraising objectives into clear technical specifications. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of user stories and report on status and challenges. Plan regional releases and manage the full development lifecycle, validating deliveries at the functional level.
Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Administration: Manage platform security and access governance, architecting and customizing the CRM solution to align with evolving fundraising processes. Ensure data integrity across the ecosystem and lead discussions on audience segmentations for acquisition and retention strategies.
Monitoring and Coordination: Proactively monitor the health and performance of fundraising platforms, orchestrating technical resolutions with development partners. Manage the full incident lifecycle and cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors.
Administrative Tasks: Support the supervisor with quotation and billing processes, manage daily work with development partners, and document processes to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience leading and coordinating functional and technical teams.
Knowledge of SQL or SOQL is essential.
Certifications as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud administrator courses are an asset.
Experience applying Agile methodologies is considered an asset.
Experience in Fundraising Operations, payment gateways, PCI compliance, and payment platforms is an asset.
Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in managing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud is required. Additional relevant experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, and API architecture is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset.
