Key responsibilities include managing asset inventory, organizing appointments and meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the recruitment of individual consultants. The role also involves coordinating with partners, ensuring compliance with UNFPA regulations, handling travel arrangements, and managing procurement processes. The Administrative Associate will monitor common service contracts and assist in various operational tasks to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, the incumbent will support the Head of Office and Operations Manager in various administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess completed secondary level education (high school or equivalent), with a first-level university degree being desirable. A minimum of six years of relevant experience in secretarial, administrative, or financial functions is required. Proven experience in managing financial policies and processes within development organizations or the private sector is essential.
