Job Overview: The position of Expert-e en accompagnement des organisations de femmes is crucial for ONU Femmes Haiti as it aims to enhance women's political participation and prevent violence during electoral periods. The expert will work closely with various women's organizations and institutions to ensure strategic coherence between action plans and recommendations from political participation initiatives. This role involves supporting the mobilization and capacity building of women's organizations to ensure effective participation in electoral processes. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties of the Expert-e include aligning electoral initiatives among different women's organizations, developing communication tools and methodological guides, and supporting the capacity building of alliance members and partner organizations. The expert will be responsible for producing detailed analytical reports, proposing adjustments for harmonization validated by all partners, and creating synthesis documents or joint reports to ensure transparent communication and collective management of electoral initiatives. The expert will also facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of participants in the electoral process.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate integrity and adhere to the values and ethics of the United Nations.
