Job Overview:
The position of Stagiaire en Appui involves supporting the organization in various missions aimed at enhancing volunteer engagement and mobilization campaigns. The intern will contribute to the development of volunteer programs, assist in the recruitment and integration of volunteers at the headquarters, publish volunteer recruitment announcements on dedicated platforms, and propose creative visuals and videos to promote volunteerism. Additionally, the intern will create video and photo content to welcome and value new volunteers internally, deploy a national volunteer recruitment campaign in October, coordinate the Gift Package Operation in Paris while liaising with delegations in six cities across France, and support the development of a solidarity operation through sports targeting students. The role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to the organization's mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for several key tasks:
  • Contributing to the development of volunteer programs and mobilization campaigns.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers at the headquarters.
  • Publishing volunteer recruitment announcements on various platforms.
  • Creating and proposing creative visuals and videos to promote volunteerism.
  • Producing video and photo content to welcome and value new volunteers.
  • Deploying the national volunteer recruitment campaign in October.
  • Coordinating the Gift Package Operation in Paris and acting as a liaison with delegations in six cities.
  • Supporting the development of a solidarity operation through sports aimed at students.
  • Assisting in the drafting of newsletters for members.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of Bac +3 in communication, marketing, or project management.
  • Proficiency in CANVA is essential.
  • Previous experience in communication or project management is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a volunteer in an association or involvement in solidarity actions is considered a significant asset.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a minimum of Bac +3 in fields related to communication, marketing, or project management. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the dynamics of volunteer engagement and effective communication strategies.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have some prior experience in communication or project management. This could include internships, volunteer work, or relevant projects that demonstrate the ability to manage tasks effectively and contribute to team efforts. Experience in a non-profit or humanitarian context would be particularly beneficial.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the nature of the work and the target audience. Proficiency in English or other languages would be advantageous but is not a requirement.

Additional Notes:
The internship is required to have a convention de stage issued by a French educational institution. The duration of the internship is six months, based in Montreuil at 102 rue de Paris. The desired start date for the contract is September 7, 202
  • The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week, with a total weekly working time of 38.75 hours. Additionally, meal vouchers worth 8 euros are provided, with 60% covered by Action contre la Faim, and 50% of public transport costs are reimbursed.
