Job Overview: The position of Alternant·e at the Service Jeunesse involves supporting the development and implementation of youth projects in the Île-de-France region. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing schools, prospecting new educational institutions to engage them in the 'Course contre la Faim' initiative, and maintaining relationships with already engaged schools. This includes presenting the project to schools, ensuring their commitment, and providing them with appropriate tools. The role also involves coordinating awareness-raising actions, planning sessions, managing logistics, and being present during interventions to represent the organization and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the overall logistics of the project, assist in organizing a race involving multiple schools, and follow up on post-event collections, verifying donations and supporting the communication of results to the schools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the mobilization of educational institutions in Île-de-France for the 'Course contre la Faim' project by prospecting new schools and presenting the initiative to encourage their participation.
Maintain regular communication with engaged schools, recognizing their commitment and providing tailored tools to enhance their involvement.
Coordinate awareness-raising actions by planning sessions, ensuring logistical arrangements, and liaising with volunteers and schools.
Represent the organization during specific interventions to ensure the successful execution of activities.
Assist in the overall logistics and coordination of the project in Île-de-France, including organizing a race that brings together multiple schools, providing support in advance and being present on the event day to ensure its success.
Follow up on post-event collections, verifying donations, conducting follow-ups as necessary, and assisting in communicating results to the schools.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be enrolled in a higher education program, preferably at the Bac +3/4 level, in fields such as business, entrepreneurship, communication, or a generalist training program. They should have prior experience in project management or event organization. Strong commercial and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to argue and persuade effectively. The candidate must be organized, meticulous, capable of managing priorities, and enjoy teamwork. They should also have a passion for engaging with diverse audiences and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfort with numerical data and analytical abilities are important, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
