Job Overview: In this apprenticeship role, you will support the Account Managers in developing fundraising operations and partnership projects with companies. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategic monitoring (market, prospecting, retention), contributing to the preparation and participation in prospecting and retention meetings, and ensuring follow-up. You will also participate in retention actions with partners, manage incoming requests, assist in tracking responses to targeted corporate foundation calls for projects, and maintain activity tracking tools and frameworks (database, company briefs, reports, updates on tracking and reporting tools, KPIs). Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as recording donations and monitoring agreements, contribute to various requests as needed by the department, and participate in activities of the Partnerships Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic market monitoring to identify potential partners and opportunities for fundraising.
Prepare for and participate in meetings with prospective partners, ensuring thorough follow-up on discussions and agreements.
Engage in retention activities with existing partners to strengthen relationships and encourage continued support.
Manage incoming requests from potential partners and respond appropriately.
Support the tracking of responses to calls for projects from targeted corporate foundations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Maintain and update activity tracking tools, including databases and reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Handle administrative tasks related to donations, including recording and monitoring agreements with partners.
Contribute to various departmental requests and projects as needed.
Participate in team activities and meetings to foster collaboration and communication within the Partnerships Directorate.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should be pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in business school, university, or a school specializing in social and solidarity economy, international relations, CSR, or sponsorship. A genuine interest in the humanitarian sector and the missions of Action contre la Faim is essential. Strong persuasive skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal skills, are required. Previous experience (employment, internship, or volunteering) related to partnership development, prospecting, or sponsorship is a plus.
Educational Background: The ideal candidate should be in the process of completing a Bac +4/5 level education, which typically corresponds to a master's degree level in France. This education should be in a relevant field such as business, social and solidarity economy, international relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or sponsorship.
Experience: A prior experience in partnership development, prospecting, or sponsorship, whether through employment, internships, or volunteer work, is highly desirable. This experience will help the candidate understand the dynamics of building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and the nuances of fundraising in the humanitarian sector.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization and with partners. Proficiency in English is also beneficial, as it may be required for communication with international partners and stakeholders. Additional languages may be considered an asset, depending on the specific partnerships being developed.
Additional Notes: This position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, with a duration of 12 months. The work schedule is structured as a 3/1 week rhythm, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The salary is based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for travel between home and the workplace. Meal vouchers are partially covered by the organization, and employees receive additional social benefits. The organization has a flexible telework policy, allowing employees to work fully or partially remotely, with a requirement for in-person attendance at the headquarters for at least four days per month, including mandatory integration days during the first six weeks.
