Duties and Responsibilities:
The ICT4D Coordinator will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Providing strategic and technical guidance to senior leadership to ensure that digital transformation initiatives directly contribute to program impact.
  • Leading the identification, piloting, and scaling of digital solutions that enhance data quality, accountability, and decision-making across WHH programs.
  • Managing the global ICT4D team, ensuring effective collaboration and strategic support to integrate digital solutions within program teams.
  • Promoting standardized approaches to digital data collection, analysis, and reporting, including the preparation of annual and impact reports.
  • Strengthening the capacity of country offices and headquarters teams to effectively utilize ICT4D systems through training, mentoring, and knowledge exchange.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and governance standards while fostering innovation in ICT4D practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with internal teams, technology providers, and peer organizations to enhance collaboration and learning.
  • Representing WHH in relevant ICT4D and digital innovation networks, and monitoring global trends in Digital Development for Impact to provide actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the ICT4D Coordinator position must possess an advanced degree, preferably a Master's, in data science, ICT4D, international development, or a related field. They should have a proven track record in implementing and managing digital data systems such as CommCare, Power BI, RedRose, and Azure, with a strong emphasis on their application in ICT4D contexts. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), evidence-based design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in advising senior leadership and engaging in professional networks is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures.
