Job Overview:
The position of Alternant(e) Informatique involves providing support to the production department through various tasks. The candidate will be responsible for administering the client computer park, which includes installing and configuring new computers and software (operating systems and standard software) with network connectivity, in collaboration with the network administrator. The role also entails performing hardware and software maintenance and repairs on computers, printers (both local and networked), photocopiers, and scanners. The candidate will track immobilized IT equipment throughout its usage and manage the stock of computers and loans, including updating the database of IT equipment. Additionally, the role requires performing certain network administration tasks related directly to user management, providing assistance to users, and ensuring technical support for hardware and software (office and utilities) to headquarters users. The candidate will assist users in securing their data (creating CDs, backing up on the network) and conduct integration/information sessions for new employees regarding the IT tools and resources available at headquarters. The candidate will also be responsible for drafting and updating technical procedures/documentation available to users and may participate in fund projects and certain IT projects, depending on their mastery and knowledge. The distribution of tasks will vary according to activity priorities and the collaborator's interests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer the client computer park.

  • Manage the stock of computers and loans, updating the IT equipment database.

  • Provide assistance to users and ensure technical support for hardware and software.
  • Assist users in securing their data through backups and other methods.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be in their first or second year of a professional license in computer science (or equivalent) and eager to apply their knowledge in a stimulating environment. They should be comfortable with IT tools (Windows, office software, etc.), curious, motivated, and willing to learn. The candidate must be rigorous, organized, possess good interpersonal skills, and enjoy teamwork. They should be attentive to user needs and have a strong sense of service. A good level of English is also required.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have completed at least the first or second year of a professional license in computer science or a related field. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has the foundational knowledge necessary for the technical aspects of the role.

Experience:
While specific prior experience may not be required, candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the technical environment. Any practical experience in IT support or related fields would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Languages:
A good command of English is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not explicitly required.

Additional Notes:
This position is an apprenticeship contract only, lasting for 12 months. The location is in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time), prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave, also prorated. Health and insurance coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are covered at 50% between home and the workplace. Meal vouchers are subsidized at 60% by the organization (valued at 8 euros). Additionally, employees receive 175 euros per year for social works and discounts on cinema tickets. The role may involve prolonged sitting, oral communication, and work on screens.
