Duties and Responsibilities: The Finance Officer will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: ensuring adherence to NRC policies and guidelines; implementing delegated financial functions according to the action plan; preparing and developing status reports for management; maintaining a filing system for all financial documents; preparing monthly financial reports; supporting project staff with financial and administrative matters; planning and implementing activities in line with NRC standards; contributing to protection risk analysis; verifying vouchers and supporting documents; managing payments to suppliers and contract workers; overseeing petty cash and corporate card maintenance; ensuring timely booking of costs into the Agresso system; participating in bank and balance account reconciliations; collaborating with financial institutions to resolve payment queries; assisting in internal and external audits; and performing any other tasks assigned by the coordinator" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Finance Coordinator.
