Duties and Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Regional HR Team in the development and implementation of HR projects, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and process enhancement. You will assist in coordinating recruitment activities, which involves drafting and publishing job advertisements, managing the shortlisting process, and preparing for, conducting, and following up on interviews. Additionally, you will track ongoing recruitment efforts, contribute to reporting and data management, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing Welthungerhilfe's visibility as an employer. This includes engaging with relevant networks and institutions to promote the organization. You will also collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain and further develop recruitment-related standards and practices across various country offices, and provide support on system-related topics, such as recruitment tools, ensuring that processes are efficient and compliant.
Required Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Initial professional experience in HR is preferred, particularly with exposure to recruitment processes or in an international environment. Candidates should demonstrate good proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and any experience with HR systems or recruitment tools will be advantageous.
