Job Overview:
The position of Alternant(e) Chargé(e) de Projet Territorial involves providing support to the territorial project manager through various tasks. The candidate will specifically contribute to the implementation and monitoring of project activities, participate in the planning and organization of activities, particularly in operationalizing access to food mechanisms (such as the Viste market). The role also includes contributing to monitoring and evaluation activities, such as information collection and updating project tracking tools. The candidate will assist in developing partnerships and fostering territorial cooperation dynamics, which includes organizing and facilitating meetings and working groups, as well as creating necessary tools. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in context monitoring, literature reviews, and updating the mapping of actors and partners in the intervention area. The role requires participation in data analysis and writing communication and advocacy reports, as well as contributing to the analysis of data collected during the project and drafting capitalization reports for dissemination. Participation in team life, including team meetings and exchanges with the rest of the France Mission, is also expected.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of partnerships and territorial cooperation dynamics, including organizing and facilitating meetings and working groups.

  • Update the mapping of actors and partners in the intervention area.
  • Contribute to data analysis and the writing of communication and advocacy reports.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be entering a Master's program (Master I or II), preferably in political science, public action, human sciences, social action, or territorial development. The candidate should have developed project management skills and possess knowledge of territorial dynamics, the associative and institutional fabric, and actors involved in combating poverty in Marseille. Strong writing skills and proficiency in data collection, analysis, and management using Excel are essential. The candidate should be proactive and autonomous, with solid analytical and synthesis capabilities. Strong relational and adaptability skills are necessary to interact effectively with various partners and stakeholders. Experience in volunteering or associative engagement with individuals in precarious situations or exile is a plus.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have a background in political science, public action, human sciences, social action, or territorial development, ideally at the Master's level (Master I or II).

Experience:
Candidates should have some experience in project management and knowledge of territorial dynamics, as well as familiarity with the associative and institutional landscape in Marseille. Experience in volunteering or working with vulnerable populations is advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English or other languages would be beneficial but not required.

Additional Notes:
The position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for a duration of 12 months. The desired work rhythm is 3 days in the office and 2 days of study. The position is based in Marseille. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, over 13 months. The position includes 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated based on presence, 25 days of paid leave prorated based on presence, health coverage with 80% coverage by ACF, transport reimbursement of 50% of the cost between home and workplace, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization (valued at 8 euros). Additional benefits include 175 euros per year for social works and discounts on cinema tickets. Specific working conditions include prolonged sitting, oral communication, screen work, telephone contacts, and potential field trips.
