Job Overview:
The position of Chargé de Projet d'Appui aux Partenaires involves working under the supervision of the Project Officer for the France Mission. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of the 15th project and participate in the coordination of stakeholders involved in the territory. The role requires active participation in defining the operational intervention frameworks for the project, contributing to the deployment of project activities, and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of the project's follow-up, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for reporting, capitalizing on, and disseminating information internally and externally regarding the 15th project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Chargé de Projet d'Appui aux Partenaires include:
  • Participating in the definition of operational intervention frameworks for the 15th project.
  • Contributing to the deployment of project activities, ensuring that they align with the established frameworks.
  • Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of follow-up, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes related to the project.
  • Contributing to the reporting and documentation of project activities, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and shared appropriately.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders to facilitate coordination and collaboration in the project’s implementation.
  • Supporting the dissemination of project outcomes and learnings both internally within the organization and externally to relevant partners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a generalist training in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or human sciences. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the social action sector and/or territorial development in France is required, particularly in combating food insecurity and in monitoring and evaluation. The candidate should have confirmed experience in development, network animation, and stakeholder coordination, as well as significant associative experiences in France, especially with individuals facing precarious situations or in priority urban areas. Skills in project management within social action and/or territorial development in France, as well as in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning applied to projects conducted in France, are essential.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have a relevant educational background, ideally holding a degree in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or human sciences. This educational foundation should provide the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for effective project management and stakeholder engagement in the context of social action and development.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management is required. This experience should be specifically within the social action sector or territorial development in France, with a focus on combating food insecurity and engaging in monitoring and evaluation processes. The candidate should also have experience in network development and stakeholder coordination, demonstrating a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations in France.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the local context and the need for effective communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in English or other languages may be considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with international partners and resources.

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as Agent de Maîtrise, Class 8, and is offered as a fixed-term contract (CDD) for 8 months on a full-time basis. The workplace is located in Marseille, with a salary range of €34,000 to €41,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 RTT days, health coverage with 80% of costs covered by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association. There is also the possibility of remote work for part of the duties, and the role may involve field trips within Marseille and potentially within the PACA region.
