Job Overview: The position of Coordinateur·rice Terrain Mission France involves providing operational support under the supervision of the Field Coordinator for the France Mission. The role is crucial in implementing strategic projects and requires close collaboration with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the PACA Field Coordinator in the execution of the 15th Project, which includes working closely with the Project Officer for the 15th Project. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the implementation of the Resource Pole Project, which encompasses framing and conducting surveys, managing and analyzing collected data, organizing project-related events, and participating in supported collectives. The position also entails providing direct support to the PACA Field Coordinator, which includes territorial meetings, representation, contributing to team dynamics, and field support. The start date for this role is set for April 2, 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Coordinateur·rice Terrain Mission France include:
Supporting the PACA Field Coordinator in the implementation of the 15th Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Assisting in the execution of the Resource Pole Project, which involves conducting surveys, managing data collection and analysis, and organizing related events.
Participating in and contributing to supported collectives, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
Providing direct support to the PACA Field Coordinator in territorial meetings and representation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with local actors.
Contributing to team dynamics and providing field support to enhance project implementation.
Engaging in public speaking and external representation, including participation in conferences, working groups, and local consultations.
Mobilizing networks of actors, including associations, institutions, and local authorities, to create and maintain trusting relationships.
Facilitating workshops and meetings, employing collective intelligence methods and practices to foster collaborative discussions.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the position include:
A minimum of 4 years of project management experience, with a significant portion of that experience in France, specifically in areas such as social action, food security, and combating food insecurity, monitoring and evaluation, and protection and access to rights.
Proven experience in multi-actor coordination with local authorities, decentralized state services, associations, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated public speaking and external representation skills, with experience in conferences, working groups, and local advocacy efforts.
Expertise in food security (including cash transfers) and/or nutrition, as well as monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning applied to projects in France.
Familiarity with the strategy of the France Mission and the actions deployed in the PACA region.
Strong interpersonal skills and collective intelligence capabilities, enabling the facilitation of discussions among diverse stakeholders and the training of varied profiles.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in relevant fields such as political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, social sciences, social design, economics, or statistics. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for effective project management and implementation.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, with a significant portion of that experience being in France. This experience should encompass areas such as social action, food security, and combating food insecurity, as well as monitoring and evaluation, and protection and access to rights. Proven experience in coordinating multi-actor initiatives and engaging with local authorities and stakeholders is also essential.

It is a full-time position based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 RTT days, health coverage with 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association, and access to social services provided by the CSE. There is also the possibility of remote work for part of the responsibilities, and field trips in the PACA region are expected.
