Job Overview: The Country Supply Chain Manager position at Plan International Chad is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and strengthening supply chain operations across Chad and the Chad–Darfur humanitarian corridor. This role is crucial for ensuring that supply chain support for both development and emergency programs is efficient, compliant, and of high quality. Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Country Supply Chain Manager position must possess a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, applicants should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a senior supply chain role within an international NGO. A strong understanding of donor rules and regulations, particularly those of the EU, UN, AFD, and World Bank, is essential. Proven experience in procurement, logistics, fleet management, warehousing, administration, and compliance is required.
