Job Overview:
In this role, you will report to the Head of the HRIS Service and will be responsible for managing the functional domain of the GTA applications during the operational phase. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the system's performance by maintaining functional coherence, coordinating ongoing developments, and providing support to GTA users at headquarters and key users in the field. You will also be tasked with structuring processes and methods related to recurring activities to ensure effective, controlled, and harmonized use of GTA tools. Specifically, your missions will include coordinating and managing the current activities related to GTA applications, providing user support, ensuring maintenance and continuous improvement of the GTA applications, participating in the definition and enhancement of GTA processes, and contributing to the activities of the HRIS service. Additionally, depending on the time required, part of this position will involve project management support to the Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and managing the ongoing activities related to the GTA applications during the operational phase, ensuring user support.
  • Maintaining, evolving, optimizing, and continuously improving the GTA applications for both headquarters and field operations.
  • Participating in the definition and enhancement of GTA processes related to daily activities.
  • Contributing to the activities of the HRIS service.
  • Supporting project management tasks as needed, assisting the Project Manager when required.
  • Structuring processes and methods to ensure effective and harmonized use of GTA tools across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or HRIS, with proven experience in this field relevant to the position. Experience in a field role, such as an administrator, is considered a plus. You should be familiar with HR processes related to time and activity management, as well as payroll and administrative management processes. Basic knowledge of project management is also required. Advanced proficiency in Excel and at least one HRIS tool is essential, along with a general affinity for tools and technology. You must be capable of asserting yourself and coordinating complex subjects with various stakeholders from both headquarters and field operations, including HR, finance, and IT professionals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and a good sense of priorities are crucial. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, with good communication skills in both French and English.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree in Human Resources or HRIS is required for this position. This educational background should provide a solid foundation in human resource management principles, practices, and technologies, equipping you with the necessary skills to effectively manage HRIS applications and processes.

Experience:
Candidates should have proven experience in the HRIS field, ideally with a background that includes both administrative and operational roles. Experience in a field position is advantageous, as it provides insight into the practical applications of HR processes in various contexts. Familiarity with HR management systems and tools is essential, along with experience in project management.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is also required. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset, enhancing communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • The job is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France. The salary ranges from €41,000 to €50,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with an additional seniority bonus after three years of service at headquarters. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave and 21 RTT days per year. Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of commuting costs. Employees also receive meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the organization.
