Job Overview: The position of Alternant Communication Digitale involves providing creative, operational, and strategic support to the digital communication team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging and moderating communities across various social media platforms, managing incoming messages, and anticipating moderation needs for upcoming campaigns. This role requires the production and enhancement of reference documents for community responses, as well as the development of positive interactions with communities to foster loyalty and connection. The candidate will act as a point of contact for donor message management on social media, respond to donor inquiries in collaboration with the fundraising team, and produce reports on fundraising pages for data and marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing teams. Additionally, the role includes content creation, adherence to the editorial calendar, and monitoring e-reputation while making recommendations for improvements. The candidate will also need to report any potential crises or negative publicity to their supervisor and support other social media administrators within the organization.

Educational Background: Candidates should be pursuing a minimum of a Bac +3 degree in fields related to marketing, communication, or digital communication. This educational background is essential to ensure the candidate has the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for the role.
Experience: The position requires candidates to have some level of experience or familiarity with social media management and community engagement, ideally through internships or academic projects related to marketing or communication. While specific years of experience are not mandated, a demonstrated understanding of social media dynamics and community interaction is crucial.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role involves engaging with French-speaking communities and donors. Proficiency in English or other languages would be considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate with a broader audience.
Additional Notes: This position is offered as an apprenticeship contract for a duration of 12 months, based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The desired work rhythm is four days a week with one day off. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. The position includes 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are covered at 50% between home and workplace. The organization also offers meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association (valued at 8 euros), 175 euros per year for social works, and discounts on cinema tickets. Teleworking options are available, with a requirement for at least four days of presence per month at the headquarters for meetings and collective events, particularly during the first six weeks of integration into the team.
