Job Overview:
The position of Alternant Communication Digitale involves providing support to the digital communication team within the organization. The candidate will participate in various tasks aimed at enhancing the institutional website, including contributing to the publication of content in both French and English. The role also includes optimizing the technical and semantic SEO of the French site, updating the English site, and coordinating translations as necessary. The candidate will gather information for regular updates, assist other departments with their web needs, and contribute to the maintenance and updates of specific sites related to COMDEV, research, or advocacy. Additionally, the role requires conducting competitive monitoring, tracking monthly developments in sector websites, and presenting findings to the webmaster and responsible parties. The candidate will also support various webmaster missions, participate in newsletter creation, and occasionally assist in content writing and website maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the animation of the institutional website.
  • Contribute to the publication of content on both the French and English sites.
  • Assist in the technical and semantic SEO optimization of the French site.
  • Update the English site and coordinate translations as needed.
  • Gather information for regular updates.
  • Support other services with their web needs.
  • Contribute to the updates of certain COMDEV, research, or advocacy sites.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and follow monthly developments in sector websites.
  • Consolidate monitoring findings and present them monthly to the webmaster and responsible parties. 1

  • Participate in the creation of the newsletter. 1
  • Occasionally contribute to content writing. 1

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be preparing for a Bac +3 degree in business school, university, or a school specializing in digital communication. A genuine interest and enthusiasm for the web is essential. The candidate should have a solid foundation in website animation and/or creation using WordPress. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate rigor, organization, and a proactive attitude in their work.

Educational Background:
Candidates should be pursuing a Bac +3 level education, which typically corresponds to a three-year degree in higher education, particularly in fields related to business, communication, or digital media. This educational background is crucial for understanding the principles of digital communication and the technical aspects of website management.

Experience:
While specific prior experience may not be mandatory, any relevant experience in digital communication, website management, or related fields will be considered an asset. The organization values candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the role, and who can demonstrate their ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.

Languages:
Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this position, as the candidate will be required to work on content for both language versions of the website. Additional Notes:
This position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, with a duration of 12 months. The work schedule follows a rhythm of 3 weeks on-site and 1 week remote. The salary is based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time), prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave, also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for commuting between home and the workplace. The organization also offers meal vouchers with a 60% subsidy, valued at 8 euros, and additional social benefits amounting to 170 euros per year, along with discounts on cinema tickets. The telework policy allows for flexible working arrangements, with a requirement for in-person presence at the headquarters for at least 4 days a month, including dedicated times for meetings and collective events. The first six weeks will require 2 days of presence per week for team integration.
