Job Overview: The position of Stagiaire en Ingénierie Pédagogique involves working under the supervision of the Training Engineering Coordinator. The intern will contribute to the development of e-learning projects focused on ACF's financial tools. This includes creating and implementing training modules using Articulate Storyline, developing synopses and storyboards, and managing project collaboration with various stakeholders such as subject matter experts, translators, and reviewers to ensure project progress. The intern will also be involved in uploading training materials to the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitoring activity, as well as improving existing training programs. Additionally, the role includes organizing logistics for virtual training sessions, webinars, and in-person training, and assisting in the creation or review of educational resources such as pedagogical scenarios, practical cases, surveys, quizzes, and appendices. The intern will support trainers and users in utilizing digital tools and contribute to the development of operational procedures for financial processes at ACF, while also suggesting formal improvements to these procedures and FAQs.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Stagiaire en Ingénierie Pédagogique include:
Contributing to the development of e-learning projects related to ACF's financial tools.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Educational Engineering, e-learning, or Media Engineering for Education.
Demonstrated curiosity, motivation, and comfort with digital tools.
Proven ability to navigate various IT environments, particularly in managing LMS platforms and using authoring software, with a strong proficiency in the Articulate 360 suite being highly desirable.
Creative, autonomous, and possessing strong writing skills, with the ability to design high-quality educational content while working effectively in a team.
Ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and propose innovative ideas.
A strong motivation for humanitarian work and adult education.
Educational Background: Candidates should have a background in Educational Engineering or a related field, ideally pursuing a degree that focuses on e-learning or media for education. This educational background is essential to ensure the candidate has the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to contribute effectively to the role.

Additional Notes: The employment status for this position is either a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship, with a duration of 12 or 24 months. The role is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a desired schedule of 3 days at ACF and 2 days at school. Salary is based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time), which is prorated based on their presence in the organization. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for commuting between home and work. Meal vouchers are also provided, with ACF covering 60% of their value.
