Job Overview:

The role involves overseeing a group of Outreach Support Online Volunteers, ensuring effective data collection, and maintaining motivation among team members. Coordination Online Volunteers will work closely with the Project Analyst at UNDP, contributing to a significant study that seeks to identify barriers and levers for behavioral change in youth consumption patterns. This position not only requires leadership and management skills but also a commitment to fostering sustainable practices among the youth demographic in India.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination Online Volunteers will manage a team of 10 Outreach Support Online Volunteers, ensuring they meet their data collection targets. Responsibilities include tracking progress, providing guidance, validating data collection sheets, and ensuring adherence to protocols. They will also be responsible for submitting a comprehensive End-of-Assignment Report summarizing trends and feedback. Outreach Support Online Volunteers will collect survey responses from at least 30 youth participants, utilizing their networks to ensure authentic data collection. They must adhere to good practices in data collection, maintain communication with UNDP, and submit evidence of their outreach efforts. Additionally, they are required to attend a mandatory orientation session to understand the survey's purpose and methodology.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. A background in social sciences, environmental studies, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with data collection methods and experience in volunteer coordination will be advantageous. The ideal candidates should demonstrate a commitment to sustainable development and an understanding of youth engagement strategies.

Educational Background:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social sciences, environmental studies, or a related field is required. Candidates with advanced degrees or relevant certifications in project management or volunteer coordination will be given preference. Experience:
