Job Overview: The position of Campaign Manager is situated within the Global Policy and Advocacy (GPA) division, which plays a crucial role in shaping the policy landscape relevant to the foundation's mission. The GPA division is responsible for influencing public debates, garnering support for key priorities, and establishing partnerships that enhance the foundation's impact at both national and global levels. The Campaign Manager will work closely with a cross-functional team that includes insights and measurement, communications, and political advocacy strategy. The primary focus of this role is to design and implement integrated campaigns aimed at ending preventable deaths of mothers and babies, which is one of the foundation's bold goals. The Campaign Manager will be expected to cultivate partnerships across various sectors, including entertainment and media, to amplify the foundation's message and influence policy effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Campaign Manager will be responsible for several key duties, including:
Designing and leading integrated campaign strategies that align with advocacy and engagement goals, collaborating with various divisions such as Communications and GPA.
Developing creative briefs and managing relationships with agencies to ensure the production of authentic and compelling campaign content.
Establishing learning agendas and success metrics in collaboration with the Measurement & Insights team to inform decision-making and enhance cross-partner collaboration.
Overseeing day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring strategic alignment and cohesive execution across teams and markets.
Managing client-agency relationships, consolidating feedback, and tracking timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
Coordinating cross-functional marketing plans that span various channels, regional offices, and advocacy partners.
Partnering with audience insights leads to measure campaign impact, analyze engagement data, and translate findings into future campaign strategies.
Fostering an inclusive team culture and proactively addressing challenges that arise during campaign execution.
