Job Overview: The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at UN Women in Haiti plays a crucial role in supporting the monitoring and evaluation interventions of the office. Duties and Responsibilities: The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including:
Ensuring the operational effectiveness of the M&E system for the country office.
Producing internal monitoring reports to assist the program team in tracking activities and making necessary adjustments.
Generating periodic monitoring and evaluation reports detailing program activities and results.
Establishing and maintaining a computerized database for program activities and results, ensuring accessibility for all program personnel.
Regularly collecting data to update the program's database and ensuring it includes targeted and gender-sensitive indicators.
Updating the Country Program Monitoring and Evaluation plan, including performance indicators and dashboards.
Collaborating with project managers to develop data collection tools for ongoing programs.
Defining terms of reference for project evaluations and identifying implementing partners.
Providing technical support for the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for projects. 1
Supporting the production and finalization of project reports and maintaining a table of commitments for financial partners. 1
Assisting in conducting mid-term and final evaluations of projects/programs and organizing annual and mid-term reviews. 1
