Job Overview: The ICT Associate position at UNICEF involves a range of responsibilities under the direct supervision of the ICT Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: The ICT Associate will undertake a variety of tasks, including: performing specialized ICT application administration to ensure system functionality and usability; analyzing business and functional requirements; conducting data analysis; developing functional specifications for new systems and enhancements; designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports; supporting the development and implementation of new applications and systems; identifying system vulnerabilities and applying relevant updates; providing second-level Help Desk support; developing and maintaining technical documentation; assessing user training needs and delivering training sessions; providing ICT support for conferences and meetings; assisting in the planning and management of specialized ICT projects; preparing periodic and ad hoc reports, including ICT performance metrics; supporting emergency preparedness and response; coordinating with various counterparts during emergencies; promoting digital workflows; ensuring compliance with ICT security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security-policies" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security policies; and contributing to the continuous improvement of ICT services.

Additional Notes: This position is classified as a National UN Volunteer role, which includes specific entitlements such as an Entry Lump Sum Allowance of USD 400, a Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) of approximately USD 627 paid in local currency, comprehensive health and life insurance coverage, and annual leave of 2.5 days per month. Volunteers will also have access to UNV's learning and career development resources. Upon successful completion of the assignment, an Exit Lump Sum Allowance equivalent to one month's VLA will be provided.
