Job Overview:
The Communication Specialist position is focused on supporting the Department of the National Registry of Family Agriculture in Brazil. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the registration process and disseminate information regarding the National Registry of Family Agriculture. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting studies that will guide the standardization of technical and informative content related to family farming. This position requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by family farmers and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Communication Specialist include: conducting surveys and analyses of existing technical content on the National Registry of Family Farming; preparing proposals for standardizing language and format of informative materials; developing dissemination strategies tailored to various target audiences, including family farmers and public managers; creating informative materials to support the Department's activities; producing reports, guides, and manuals in accessible formats; establishing indicators and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of communication actions; engaging in technical dialogue with stakeholders; and contributing to strategies that enhance the reach and impact of the National Registry of Family Farming.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree in Applied Social Sciences or Human Sciences, as recognized by the Capes/CNPq table of areas of knowledge. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in planning and communication management within governmental or civil society organizations. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required, and candidates must be nationals of Brazil or residents with a valid work permit.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a university degree in a relevant field such as Applied Social Sciences or Human Sciences. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of communication and social dynamics within the context of family farming in Brazil.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in planning and communication management.
