Job Overview: The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the implementation of the Gender-responsive Climate-smart Agriculture and Food system project in the Caribbean. Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

Developing detailed annual work and budget plans based on the approved overall work plan.
Creating schedules for project activities to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Preparing project progress and financial reports in accordance with FAO and donor procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Collecting and maintaining records on project deliverables.
Engaging in continuous dialogue with project execution partners to monitor progress and quality of deliverables.
Participating in field visits and workshops to evaluate project activities.
Coordinating technical activities with project and program teams.
