Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes to meet organizational demands, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Oversee the tracking and receipt of purchases, ensuring timely submission of payment documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the Agresso system.
• Collaborate with the logistics manager to manage inventory and track assets.
• Ensure proper maintenance and tracking of fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage transportation logistics and monitor the movement of personnel and goods.
• Participate in organizing public procurement for supplies and transport in accordance with procedures.
• Serve as the focal point for logistics activities, liaising with suppliers and fuel stations.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a logistics officer in a humanitarian support role.
• Previous experience in complex and unstable contexts.
• Proven results in fulfilling job responsibilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience as a trainer is an asset.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word software.
• Good understanding of current labor legislation.

Educational Background:
