Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes to meet organizational demands, ensuring compliance with policies.
Oversee the tracking and receipt of purchases, ensuring timely submission of payment documentation.
Maintain accurate procurement records in the Agresso system.
Collaborate with the logistics manager to manage inventory and track assets.
Ensure proper maintenance and tracking of fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
Manage transportation logistics and monitor the movement of personnel and goods.
Participate in organizing public procurement for supplies and transport in accordance with procedures.
Serve as the focal point for logistics activities, liaising with suppliers and fuel stations.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to relevant services and maintain proper archiving of logistics documents. 1

Required Qualifications:
Professional experience as a logistics officer in a humanitarian support role.
Previous experience in complex and unstable contexts.
Proven results in fulfilling job responsibilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience as a trainer is an asset.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Excel and Word software.
Good understanding of current labor legislation.
Educational Background: A relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is typically required. Specific degrees or certifications may be preferred, but practical experience in logistics roles can also be considered valuable.
Experience: The position requires at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar logistics role, particularly within humanitarian contexts.
