The position of Individual Contract – Graphic Designer involves creating visual content that communicates messages effectively and engages the target audience. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include but are not limited to:
  • Designing and producing high-quality graphics for reports, brochures, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborating with project teams to understand their design needs and objectives.
  • Creating visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas and messages.
  • Ensuring all designs are consistent with UNDP's branding guidelines and visual identity.
  • Managing multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Revising designs based on feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments.
  • Staying updated on design trends and best practices to enhance the quality of work.
  • Preparing files for print and digital distribution, ensuring technical specifications are met.
  • Assisting in the development of multimedia content, including videos and animations, as needed. 1

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Graphic Designer position include:
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
