The officer will screen and evaluate candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and develop a diversity sourcing strategy. Responsibilities also include processing approvals for recruitment, creating dashboards to monitor recruitment progress, and maintaining the Recruitment Monitoring tool. The officer will support the development and testing of automation tools, collaborate with project teams, and ensure stakeholder alignment on project goals. Additional duties involve conducting periodic surveys to gather client feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve recruitment workflows.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Human Resources Officer position should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
