Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree or equivalent in programming/systems, computer science, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field. Alternatively, a minimum of two years of experience in a related position at Grade A05 or equivalent is acceptable. Preferred competencies include experience with financial and budget systems, data management, and system development lifecycle activities.
