Job Overview:
The Manager, Corporate Experience Solutions will lead the World Bank Group’s global portfolio of high-impact digital engagement platforms. This role combines strategic vision, product leadership, and agile delivery to ensure that the WBG delivers intuitive, accessible, and mission-critical experiences for its workforce and millions of users worldwide. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align business transformation priorities with product and systems development, ensuring that technology capabilities maximize impact, efficiency, and value. The Manager will oversee the Corporate Experience Solutions unit, which focuses on enhancing digital interactions for employees, clients, partners, and shareholders, ensuring that the WBG's operations are seamless, resilient, and future-ready.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Manager include driving the strategic direction for product and technology investments, ensuring alignment with WBG's business goals through well-defined product roadmaps and solution architectures. The Manager will be accountable for the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of mission-critical platforms, ensuring timely delivery and measuring user satisfaction and value. They will build a culture of product quality and technical excellence, oversee solution architecture and system design, and ensure seamless interoperability across corporate platforms. The Manager will also lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, fostering a psychologically safe environment that encourages feedback and diverse perspectives. Additionally, they will serve as a core member of the ITS management team, contributing to strategic planning and cross-organizational transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related disciplines with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience. Certification in Agile methodologies is required, with demonstrated expertise in Agile practices, specifically SAFe Agilist or similar qualifications. Additional certifications in Digital Transformation, Application Delivery, Technology Management, Change Management, Lean Portfolio Management, Cloud, AI, or PMP are desirable. Candidates should have extensive experience in product management, solution architecture, and application delivery for enterprise-scale digital engagement platforms, with proven ability to define and execute roadmaps aligned to business priorities.

Educational Background:
A master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other related disciplines is required, with a preference for post-graduate coursework in digital technology, information technology, innovation, AI, or business management. A bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management, solution architecture, and application delivery for enterprise-scale digital engagement platforms. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering intuitive, accessible, and secure experiences for global audiences, as well as experience in leading multidisciplinary, technical, distributed teams.

Languages:
While specific language requirements are not mentioned, proficiency in English is mandatory given the global nature of the organization and the need for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Additional language skills may be considered an asset.
