Duties and Responsibilities: The Communications Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
Writing and editing magazine-style articles, blog posts, opinion pieces, and newsletters that effectively communicate the IMF's work and relevance.
Creating multimedia content, including drafting video scripts and utilizing data visualization techniques to enhance digital storytelling.
Producing clear and concise content that simplifies complex economic and financial topics for broader audiences.
Employing the latest AI tools to streamline production processes and foster innovative content creation.
Collaborating with other divisions and departments to support various communication efforts as needed.
Monitoring and assessing the impact of communications products using data analytics to inform future strategies.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong educational background, typically an advanced university degree in Communications, International Relations, Languages, or a related field. Alternatively, a university degree with ten years of relevant professional experience is acceptable.
