Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the E T Consultant-Senior Skills Assessment Administrator include leading the planning and delivery of IT skills assessment cycles across all IT teams, maintaining the assessment governance framework, and ensuring alignment with IT job architecture and HR talent management practices.
